2025-2026 Admissions:

Thank you for your interest in Hayah International Academy.  Applicants interested in applying for the academic year 2025-2026 for Grades 1 to 11, are requested to follow the guidelines below.

We are ready to receive Grades 1 to 11 applications.  You may download and complete the application form from this link HERE .

If you are applying to Grades 1 to 5, from the SCHOOL drop down menu please choose the “Hayah PYP” option.

If you are applying to Grades 6 to 11, from the SCHOOL drop down menu please choose the “Hayah International Academy” option.

The admission office will contact applicants to set an assessment date and time periodically.  Please note that the following documents need to be submitted on assessment day:

• Two recent passport size pictures of the applicant
• Copy of the applicant’s computer-generated birth certificate (Egyptian Students)
• Copy of applicant’s passport (non-Egyptian students and Egyptian students if available)
• Copy of both parents’ IDs
• Copy of the most recent report card for the current academic year (2024/2025)
• Copy of end of year report for the past two academic years
• Completed Confidential Reference Form (to be filled out by current Class Teacher for grades 1 to 5 and by School Principal for grades 6 to 11)  Confidential Reference Form
• Copy of High School Transcript (students coming from an American school system and applying to grades 10 to 11)

Applicants applying to Grades 1 to 11 from abroad:

Please email the admission office for the application form. Applicants applying to Grades 3-11 may be assessed at our school or alternatively the assessments can be sent to their current school to be carried out under their supervision. 

Early Childhood Applicants:

Kindly note that we have concluded our Early Childhood admissions for academic year 2025/2026.

K (kg2) applicants will be contacted for assessments as soon as they are scheduled.
