Accreditation and Memberships

Hayah International Academy is accredited and authorized under the official name of Hayah International School. The mentioned accreditations, authorizations, and memberships affirm that the school is providing quality educational programs, services, activities, and resources as expected by its stakeholders endorsed by respected accreditation agencies within the educational community locally and worldwide.

Accreditation

Egyptian Ministry of Education License

Hayah International Academy is licensed to operate as an international school by the Ministry of Education of Egypt; MOE License number 311 for the IB and 312 for the American system.

International Baccalaureate

Diploma Programme: Hayah International Academy (school code S004453) has been authorized to offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB DP) since June 2009.
PYP: In 2017, Hayah adopted the PYP framework and became authorized as an IB World School for the Primary Years Programme in May 2019.

Cognia(AdvancEd)

Since 2005, the school has been accredited under the name of Hayah International School by the AdvancED – North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement (NCA CASI).

Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (MSA CESS)

In May 2019, the school earned further accreditation from the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (MSA CESS) (school code OS0180W) valid till 2027.

Memberships

Council for International Schools (CIS)

Hayah has been a member of the Council of International Schools (CIS) since 2019.

IBSEA

Hayah is an active member of the IB Schools in Egypt Association; a platform dedicated to all IB schools accredited and or applying for International Baccalaureate Programmes (PYP/MYP/DP/CP).
