2025-2026 Admissions:

Thank you for your interest in Hayah International Academy. 

We are currently receiving applications for Grade 6 only for the academic year 2025/2026.  Please apply through this LINK and follow the below guidelines.

From the SCHOOL drop down menu please choose the “Hayah International Academy” option.

The admission office will contact applicants to set an assessment date and time periodically.  Please note that the following documents need to be submitted on assessment day:

• Two recent passport size pictures of the applicant
• Copy of the applicant’s computer-generated birth certificate (Egyptian Students)
• Copy of applicant’s passport (non-Egyptian students and Egyptian students if available)
• Copy of both parents’ IDs
• Copy of the most recent report card for the current academic year (2024/2025)
• Copy of end of year report for the past two academic years
• Completed Confidential Reference Form (to be filled out by the School Principal) LINK

Applicants applying to Grade 6 from abroad:

Please email the admission office for the application form. Applicants applying to Grades 6-11 may be assessed at our school or alternatively the assessments can be sent to their current school to be carried out under their supervision.
